Temporary Password

This screen is used to request a temporary password. You must request a temporary password if you logged in incorrectly three times or forgot your password. After entering your user id, click the ‘enter’ button, you’ll be prompted to answer security questions, and then a temporary password will be sent to you at your email address. The temporary password is valid for 24 hours.
